I believe most women don’t come to skincare because something is wrong. They come because something has changed.

Skin shifts with time, stress, hormones, and life itself. What once felt familiar can suddenly feel unpredictable. My work begins by honoring that change—not fighting it.

Ember & Stone was created as a space where skincare is approached with patience, understanding, and intention. Not rushed. Not transactional. Not driven by trends. Just thoughtful care that meets you exactly where you are.

How I Work
Skin is not separate from the body. It responds to the nervous system, lymphatic flow, facial musculature, and overall wellbeing. When those systems are supported, the skin becomes clearer, stronger, and more resilient.

My approach blends advanced skin science with restorative techniques, allowing results to unfold without compromising the skin barrier or overwhelming the body. I focus on supporting function first—because healthy skin behaves differently than stressed skin.

Each treatment is guided by what your skin needs that day. No scripts. No one-size-fits-all protocols. Just educated, intuitive care shaped by experience and ongoing study.

Who I Serve
I specialize in working with women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond—those navigating hormonal shifts, sensitivity, dehydration, changes in firmness, or skin that no longer responds the way it once did.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, busy women who want to understand their skin rather than chase quick fixes. They value consistency, education, and care that evolves alongside them.

If you’re ready to stop questioning your skin and start supporting it, you’ll feel at home here.

The Experience
From the moment you arrive, the focus is on helping your body shift out of stress and into repair. Touch is intentional. Time is honored. Products are chosen with care.

Treatments are offered by time to allow for full customization and flexibility. Sessions may include advanced facial massage, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, gentle resurfacing, and deep hydration—always selected based on your skin’s current needs.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters.

A Note From Me
Your skin isn’t failing.
It’s entering a new chapter.

My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help your skin adapt, strengthen, and thrive as your life changes. Together, we build a plan that makes sense for your skin, your lifestyle, and your season.

I’m honored to be part of that process.

"i think women should start to embrace their age. what's the alternative to getting older? i can't change the day i was born. but i can take care of my skin, my body, my mind and try to live my life and be happy."

My favorite things

Scotland was once a dream—one I finally stepped into in August 2025. Being there felt less like traveling and more like coming home. Since then, my dreams have shifted. They’re no longer about a single destination, but about traveling slowly and following nature wherever my heart is drawn. Scotland opened that door, and I know I’ll return—again and again.
I imagine wandering the countryside of England, Ireland, and Scotland, moving through small towns shaped by centuries of history. Discovering quiet corners, hidden cafés, and moments where time softens and the world feels still.
This isn’t about sightseeing. It’s about immersion—listening to the land, honoring its stories, Some places don’t just inspire us. They remind us where we belong.

01. Dream Vacation

At the heart of everything I do is my family. From North Carolina to Alaska, through Massachusetts, and finally settling in Maine, our journey has been anything but linear. Yet no matter where we’ve landed, they’ve always made it feel like home. They are my why—the reason I work with intention and keep building something meaningful, especially as an example for my daughter.
And then there are our animals—Pepper and Mochi, our cats, and Maverick, our dog—constant companions who bring joy, grounding, and a little chaos to everyday life. This life we’re creating is built on love, laughter, and shared moments. I’m grateful for all of it—and happy to welcome you along for the journey.

02. My Little Family

Autumn has always been my favorite season. It’s when the world softens into deeper tones—fiery reds, warm golds, and quiet rusts—and everything feels a little more intentional.

It’s the season of cozy layers and crackling fires, of bonfires that linger and hot chocolate warming both hands and spirit. The air turns crisp, the scent of fallen leaves drifts through each breeze, and the pace of life naturally slows.

Autumn isn’t just a season to me—it’s a feeling. One of comfort, grounding, and quiet calm.

03. Autumn Season

Nature is where I feel most at ease. It’s my sanctuary—a place where inspiration comes quietly and peace settles in without effort.
There’s something grounding about moving along a trail, each step surrounded by trees, wildlife, and open air. Whether beside a still lake or among mountains that feel both vast and familiar, the outdoors always feels like a series of small discoveries waiting to be noticed.
Photography has become my way of holding onto those moments—pausing time just long enough to share the beauty I see. A sunset spilling gold across the water, light filtering through a forest canopy—each moment is experienced differently, yet always deeply felt.
